S.S. Size Mixture Vessel | Technical Specification

The Vessel will be manufactured from 304 qualities S.S. sheet of 10SWG. The bottom dished and will be out of 304 10SWG. Stainless steel. The outlet will be of 2"O with a hand valve.
The whole vessel will be glass wool insulated of 2" thickness and covered with S.S. sheet.
1 no. dial type temperature indicator with a range of 0 to 120 C shall be provided.
The vessel will be equipped with stainless steel stirrer, 5 HP (1440RPM) motor suitable for 1440 RPM for stirrer.
The unit will consist of stainless steel closed type steam coil for indirect heating of size mixing.
"U" Type Glass Level Indicator With S.S.Protection Cover For Glass Tube With Valve & Nipple.
S.S.Big Funnel with S.S. 1: X 1" Net Filter Sleeve at Bottom of Premier to Prevent Bigger Particles to Enter the Pressure Cooker through Pump. SS big fennel will be at Top & 8 mm size perforated will be Bottom.
Vessel will be sucker Muller Type Slant Bottom with no Steam Heating coil one below the vessel with oil circuit.

S.S. Size Storage Vessel | Technical Specification

The vessel will be manufactured from 304 qualities S.S. sheet of 10 S W G. The bottom dished and will be of 304 10 SWG. Stainless steel. The outlet will be of 2" with a hand valve.
The whole vessel will be glass wool insulated of 2" thickness and covered with S.S. sheet.
1 no. dial type temperature indicator with a range of 0 to 120 C shall be provided.
The vessel will be equipped with stainless steel stirrer, reduction gear box (25: 1) and 3 HP (1440 RPM) motor suitable for 36 RPM for stirrer.
The unit will consist of stainless steel closed type steam coil for indirect heating of size mixing.
"U" Type Glass Level Indicator With S.S.Protection Cover For Glass Tube With Valve & Nipple.
Locking arrangements for Open able Top Lid with Insulation.
S.S. Funnel with Valve which will be useful to add chemicals in storage vessel and it will act as exhaust for safety.
Vessel will be sucker Muller type Slant Bottom with two nos Steam Heating coil one below the vessel with oil circuit.

S.S. Size Cooking Vessel | Technical Specification

Size cooking Vessel shall is of 1500 Ltr. Capacity.
The vessel will be manufactured from 304 quality stainless steel sheet nad bottom dished end will be of 304, 10 SWG stainless steel sheets.
The vessel will be glass wool insulated with 2" thick and covered with S.S. Sheet.
The unit will consist of 1" , 16 SWG stainless steel perforated coil. Also provided is one closed coil for indirect heating.
The vessel will be equipped with stainless steel stirrer with stuffing box, gland with reduction gear box (40: 1) & 3 HP motor (1440 RPM) suitable for 36 RPM for stirrer.
On the top of the vessel cover is provided with a man hole having a cover with swing bolt and there will be 2" outlet at the bottom with a hand valve.
Vessel will be sucker Muller type Slant Bottom with two nos Steam Heating coil one below the vessel with oil circuit.
